1. Who we are
This website at https://rechazo.si (the "Site") is run by FULL LEGAL NAME, an individual, trading as Rechazo, based in COUNTRY ("Rechazo", "we", "us", "our").
Rechazo is not yet a registered company. If we form one to run Rechazo, we will move the Site and these Terms over to it (see section 14). Until then, you are dealing with the individual named above.

2. Agreeing to these Terms
By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
- You must be at least 18. The Site is meant for professionals (engineers, managers, security teams).
- If you use the Site for an organisation, you confirm you can accept these Terms on its behalf.
- These Terms cover the Site and the waitlist only. The Rechazo software, when it exists, will have its own customer terms. Nothing here gives you rights to the software.
Also read our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Website Disclaimer. They are part of these Terms.
3. What the Site is (and isn't)
The Site tells you about Rechazo, a planned security product for AI coding agents. Please understand:
- The product is not released. Descriptions of features are goals and designs, not guarantees. Features may change, arrive late, or never ship.
- Demos are simulations. Interactive demos, animations, screens and "Try it" panels are illustrations. They run in your browser and do not analyse your real code or protect real systems.
- Nothing here is professional advice. Security, legal and compliance decisions are yours. Do not rely on the Site as your only protection.
- Third-party facts come from third parties. Figures and incidents we cite (for example from GitGuardian, NIST NVD or Anthropic) belong to their sources. We try to report them accurately and may be wrong or out of date.
4. The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. It doesn't guarantee access, a date, a price, or a particular feature.
- You must give accurate information and only your own email address. Don't sign up other people.
- We will use your details as described in the Privacy Policy. You can leave at any time (see section 7 of that policy).
- If we offer early access or paid plans later, separate terms will apply and you will be asked to accept them then.
5. Using the Site
You may view the Site and share links to it for normal, lawful, personal or business-evaluation purposes.
You must not:
- break the law or someone else's rights using the Site;
- attack, overload, probe or try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our servers or our service providers (good-faith security research is welcome under our Security & Vulnerability Disclosure policy);
- scrape or bulk-download the Site, or use automated tools in ways that burden it, except ordinary search-engine indexing;
- copy, resell or republish the Site's design, text, code, images, animations or brand, or use them to build a look-alike or competing product;
- reverse-engineer or extract source code from the Site, except where the law says you may;
- submit malicious code, spam, false information, or other people's personal data without permission;
- imply that we endorse or are affiliated with you or your product.
We may block access or remove content if we think these rules are broken.
6. Ownership
The Site and everything on it (text, design, code, graphics, animations, the Rechazo name and logo) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You get a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to view the Site. We keep every right we don't expressly give you.
Other companies' names and logos (such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini and similar) belong to their owners. We use them only to say which tools Rechazo is designed to work with. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies.
7. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, you let us use them freely, with no payment and no credit owed to you. Please don't send anything confidential or that you want to keep exclusive. This does not give us any right to your personal data beyond what the Privacy Policy says.
8. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to other websites (for example email links, source citations, or tools). We don't control them and aren't responsible for them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave the Site. Our waitlist and contact form are processed by a third-party email service listed on our Subprocessors page.
9. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that the Site will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or harmful code, and we disclaim all implied warranties (including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement).
10. Limits on our liability
Please read this carefully, because we are an individual operating without a company.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site; and
- our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Site is limited to US$100.
Because the Site and waitlist are free, this reflects the risk we can reasonably take. If your local law doesn't allow a particular limit, that limit applies only to the extent allowed.
11. Indemnity (business users only)
If you use the Site for business purposes, you agree to cover reasonable losses and costs we suffer from a claim by someone else that results from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site. This does not apply to consumers where the law forbids it.
12. Suspension and ending
You can stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or block access, or change or discontinue the Site, at any time, with or without notice, especially if these Terms are broken. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) continue after use ends.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, show a notice on the Site or email waitlist members. If you keep using the Site after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms. Older versions are kept so you can ask to see them.
14. If we form a company
We may transfer the Site, these Terms and your data to a company set up to carry on Rechazo. If we do, we will tell you (by email to waitlist members or by notice on the Site), the new owner must follow the Privacy Policy, and your privacy rights stay the same. You may then delete your waitlist data if you prefer not to move across.
15. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of COUNTRY / STATE, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- Talk to us first. If you have a problem, email hello@rechazo.si with the details. We'll try to resolve it informally within 30 days before either side starts formal proceedings.
- Any dispute not resolved that way goes to the courts of CITY, COUNTRY, except that either side may seek urgent court orders to protect intellectual property or prevent serious harm.
- If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you live, and you may be able to bring a case in your local courts. Nothing here removes those rights.
- We do not use mandatory arbitration or class-action waivers.
16. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, plus the documents they refer to, are the whole agreement for use of the Site.
- If a part is invalid, the rest still applies, and that part is changed as little as needed to be valid.
- No waiver. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
- Assignment. You can't transfer your rights under these Terms. We can transfer ours (see section 14).
- Electronic notices. You agree we may contact you by email or by notice on the Site, and that this counts as written notice.
- Export. Don't use the Site in violation of export-control or sanctions laws.
- Accessibility. We aim to make the Site usable by everyone, including people using assistive technology. If something is hard to use, tell us at hello@rechazo.si and we'll try to fix it.
- Language. If these Terms are translated, the English version controls where the law allows.
