1. Pre-release product
Rechazo is under development. Statements on the Site about what Rechazo "does", "blocks", "detects", "keeps out of", or "never" does describe our design goals and planned behaviour, not a guarantee of any result. Features, names, timing and pricing may change or be dropped. A waitlist spot is not a purchase, a reservation or a commitment to deliver.
2. Demos and visuals are illustrations
Animations, simulated terminals, mock inspectors, charts and the "Try it" panels are simulated for explanation. They don't connect to real systems, don't inspect your real code, and don't represent measured product performance. Example prompts, keys and credentials shown are made up.
3. No security guarantee
No security tool stops everything. Even when Rechazo is released, it will reduce risk, not remove it. Nothing on the Site means your systems, code, secrets or AI agents are or will be safe. You remain responsible for your own security, backups, access controls and compliance.
4. Not professional advice
Content is general information. It isn't legal, security-engineering, compliance, financial or other professional advice, and no advisory relationship is created by reading the Site or joining the waitlist.
5. Third-party facts, figures and incidents
The Site cites public information from other organisations and researchers (for example GitGuardian, NIST National Vulnerability Database, Anthropic and published incident reports). We:
- credit the source where we use a figure and aim to summarise it fairly;
- don't control or verify those sources, and they may change, be corrected or become outdated;
- present them to explain the problem space, not to criticise or make claims about any company's products beyond what the source says.
If you are a source or an affected company and believe something is inaccurate or unfair, email hello@rechazo.si with details and we will review and correct it promptly.
6. Trademarks and affiliation
Names and logos of other products (for example Claude Code, Anthropic, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini) belong to their owners and are used only to identify the tools Rechazo is designed to work with. Rechazo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Where we mention compatibility, it reflects our plans and may depend on those tools' own changes.
7. Compliance language
Words like "compliance", "audit trail" or "governance" describe capabilities we plan to offer. Using Rechazo, or being on the waitlist, does not make you compliant with any law or standard (such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2 or ISO 27001), and Rechazo does not currently hold any such certification.
8. Links and external content
Links to other sites are for convenience. We don't endorse or control them and aren't responsible for their content or safety.
9. Limits
This Disclaimer works alongside the Terms of Use. Nothing here excludes anything the law doesn't allow us to exclude.
